SILVA chairs a new working group called ETWG, to map Eukaryotic Taxonomy to 18S/28S rRNA sequences.
25.09.2011 SINA binaries for Linux available
SINA is the tool we use to align our sequences. It is now finally available as a stand-alone package. Align and classify as many sequences as you want on your own computers.
