• taxmap_slv_ncbi_123.txt (missing last character at the end of the organism name)
• tax_slv_ssu_123.txt (3 paths were missing)
• tax_slv_ssu_123.map (3 paths were missing)
• tax_slv_ssu_123.tree (3 leafs were missing)
• tax_slv_ssu_123.acc_taxid (137 missing IDs due to missing paths)

The missing paths/leafs:

• Zea, genus, 10127…

The new version of the "All Species Living Tree" based on SILVA release 123 has been released.
