The SILVA update paper has now been published in Nucleic Acids Research: "The SILVA ribosomal RNA gene database project: improved data processing and web-based tools"

The SILVA webdatabases - including all tools available on the website - were updated to EMBL-EBI release 113.

On November 8th at 6PM local German time (UTC+1) maintenance work will be performed on our computation backend.
