To create a file for download from your selected sequences go back to List and click on the download button in the Options field.

Seeing "request queued" for ages?

The number of submitted requests for sequence export or alignment has reached the capacity of our main site. If your request is queued for a long time, try our new site at beta.arb-silva.de. One of the improvements we made is a completely rewritten job management system that has access to about 100 times more compute resources than the old system.

Important Remarks to handle Custom Generated Files

  • Please make sure that you 'Opens internal link in current windowScan for Unknown Fields' in the Species Information window of ARB when you open a custom-made ARB database for the first time.
  • To merge your custom-made ARB database with your personal ARB database click on Merge two ARB Databases in the ARB Intro window. Detailed information can be found in the Opens internal link in current windowFAQs section.
